We live in South East suburbia some 10 minutes from the beach at the start of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula -- over 150 wineries-golf-fishing-National & State Parks plus safe & surf beaches.
We are very proud of our house and it is kept very clean. We have all the latest modern appliances - air con for the summer months, broadband for the computer, large spa in our on-suite etc. The outdoor BBQ and entertaining area is surrounded by a small pleasant garden.
Large shopping centre and cinemas are 4 min by car; supermarket and shops 4 min walk away. The heart of the city (Melbourne) is 1 hour away by train or use our car to drive in. Visit the Fairy Penguins one hour away and we are 1/2 hour to the Dandenong Rangers.
