We live in America's Hometown! Plymouth, MA. 10 miles from Cape Cod. 40 minutes (and train ride) from Boston. 2 miles from Plimoth Plantation and the Mayflower. Day trips via ferry to Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket. Day trips to Newport, RI and Provincetown, MA.

Our 2 yr old cape cod contemporary home is situated on the 16th hole of a championship golf course. Miles of walking trails. We live in a beautiful golf course community w/pools, tennis, club house, etc. Our 4x4 would be available...and use of its resident beach sticker for some private beach 4-wheeling! We are new to exchanging.
