Lovely 4 Bed home in COMPTON, nr. Chichester, ENGLAND

We live in a 200 year old listed stable block conversion. It is modern and bright inside however, with new oak flooring throughout, a wood-burning stove in the sitting room and an Aga in the kitchen. We have a shared courtyard in front with friendly neighbours around us. There are footpaths leading up to the woods and fields behind, where sheep graze and deer are often spotted. It is about 200 yards from the road down a small private lane so it is very quiet except for the sounds of the countryside. Our garden has its own resident peacock called Percy! The garden is child-friendly and has trampoline, climbing frame, tree house, and a two-storey playhouse.

Portsmouth is 20-25 mins away and is home to the historic ships, Spinaker tower and ferries to the Isle of Wight. Chichester (20 mins away) is a walled city with famous theatre, cinemas and public pool. Compton village is 1 m. away, with pub/restaurant and quaint village shop. Central London is 70 mins by train from our house, and many people commute daily. We have a bus service from the bottom of the lane.

We would like to exchange cars if possible. We have an eight seater Toyota Previa (runs on cheap LPG gas). Would love to go to North America but open to offers. Look at more photos at the website.
