Traditional 19th century house in Calstock, a small, friendly, quiet and typically Cornish village situated on the River Tamar in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are many opportunities for walking in the local area, boat trips along the river and much for tourists/visitors to see and do. We are about 45 minutes away from fabulous beaches and coastline on both the North and South Coasts of Cornwall. Calstock itself has 2 pubs/restaurants and a general store.
Our house has 4 bedrooms plus a spare room/study and 2 bathrooms. Our open plan kitchen/dining room is modern and spacious and opens onto the patio for outdoor eating. The garden has great views over the valley and swings and a trampoline for children.
