Our house is extremely well located in central Cambridge, close to **everything**. We have 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, study, basement, garden etc. We have all the expected creature comforts, including cable internet.

You may not know, Cambridge has the driest climate in Europe north of the Pyrenees and there is plenty to see and do in the summer. You can punt on the Cam, stroll through the Colleges, and take in a trip to London to the theatre in the evening. We are about 400 yards from the botanical gardens. One really good point is that we are also 3 minutes walk from the train station, which has excellent, non-stop services every half hour to London taking about 45-50 minutes.
