Lovely 4 Bed home in PENARTH, WALES

Our town Penarth is ideally located on the doorstep to Cardiff, Wales' capital city, and only two hours by train to London.

Our home has four bedrooms, two with one single bed and two with double beds. It has a large kitchen where all the family can eat. The living room and kitchen have doors leading into a large garden. There is a terrace with a dining table and a BBQ. The garden is fenced and very private. There is one study on the ground floor and another study area on the open plan first floor landing. We recently had the loft converted into 2 rooms.
Wales is a great country for all outside activities, has lots of castles and interesting little towns to visit, wide and beautiful beaches, some to reach in under half hour. Penarth itself is very green, has a main street with all necessary shops and amenities and lots of great restaurants. It also has a pier and esplanade as well as adventure playgrounds for the children. Trains and buses run every 10-20 minutes and it doesn't take longer then 12 minutes to reach Cardiff Central train and bus station. From our house to the pier is a 20 minute walk way. There are very good primary schools, Kindergarden and 2 High Schools in close vicinity.
