Our house is located in the picturesque municipality of Nordfjordeid on the West coast of Norway.Nordfjordeid is a small market Town which has a population of 5800 people and is approximately 9 hours from Oslo,6 hours from Bergen and 3 hours from Ålesund.There are many tourist attractions in this area, such as the picturesque Geiranger fjord together with the world famous glacier at Briksdalen which numerous tourists flock to each year.There is also the well known Harpefossen Ski resort which is about 20 minutes away from our house.We have a thriving professional opera company in the Town and many concert possibilities.For people who like History,our Church is well worth a visit. There are also Stave Churches in this region.
