Resort has marina, pool, squash, gym, tennis and golf, with supermarket, laundry and boutiques. 2 bikes in villa, and a shuttle bus also in resort.

The property is simply furnished, but with all requirements for self catering (except washing machine). Both bedrooms (one double, one with 2 single beds) have ensuite bathrooms, while the kitchen / living areas open out onto the back deck and canal. The lounge also includes a double sofa bed.
