Lovely 3 Bed home in HIGHFIELDS, AUSTRALIA

Comfortable airconditioned/heated 3 bedroom bungalow on 3/4 acre of landscaped garden in quiet location in the rural upmarket township of Highfields, 12 klms north of Toowoomba, home of Australia's Carnival of Flowers and Queensland's largest inland city. On top of the Great Dividing Range, Highfields is a tourist attraction with exclusive coffee shops and art and craft outlets. We are 120 kms west of Brisbane, the famous Gold Coast is only 1 1/2 hours away, and an hour's drive to the Bunya Mountains National Park. There are many beautiful bushwalks nearby. Toowoomba enjoys an active cultural life with many concerts and shows. Stanthorpe, an hour south is well known for its wineries.
We will probably keep one bedroom as a store room. There may also be a small boat for use on the local dam, and also the use of camping gear. Car exchange could be offered but because of the vast distances over here there would have to be a distance agreement, probably South Queensland/ North NSW only.
