Our house is in the very pleasant and friendly beachside suburb of Hillarys.
It is conveniently located 5 minutes walk to the ocean and a major shopping centre. The house is large in size with 4 good size bedrooms, a study, lounge, dining room, modern kitchen with dishwasher, laundry, family and games room. The gardens are easy care and low maintenance,with automatic reticulation. There is a lovely below ground swimming pool, with is serviced every two months by professional pool company. We have all the usual conveniences, Flat screen TV's DVD/CD, WIFI Broadband connection.
The city of Perth and Fremantle are approx 35 mins away and are easily accessible by road and a very good train service. You can also reach another major shopping centre - Joondalup in 10 minutes.
Another big tourist attraction in the area is Hillarys Boat Harbour, which has a very safe and sheltered beach and many different restaurants, cafes and shops. There are many things to do for people of all ages, for example waterslides, trampolines, mini golf.
