We are surrounded by water, the James River, Chesapeake Bay, Atlantic Ocean so there is a lot to do around here; 20 minutes from Williamsburg, VA, 1 hour from Richmond, 2 hours from Fredericksburg and 3 hours from DC. Mountains are 2 hours away in Charlottesville, VA.

The ocean is 45 minutes from our home but there are lots of beaches in between. Bush Gardens is only 20 minutes from us. There are plenty of motor and sail boat rentals, fishing charters and other water activities available.

Lots of culture, history, museums, etc. to choose from. I promise you won't be bored!
