Lovely 1 Bed home in AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS
Amsterdam is a incredible beautiful historical city, and so are most of the houses; very steep staircases and small apartments. Compared to this my apartment of 150m2 is very big. It is situated in toplevel of an old building, and has a hight of 6 meters, with a historical wooden roof. At the canal side (front) side there are seven! windows. At the backside there is a big glassdoor, facing over the old rooftops and a famous curch. There is an open kitchen with a dinner table that can be used by 10 people. The bedroom has an balcony and you sleep in a kingsize Hastens bed. A spiral staircase gives you acces to the "entresol" with an extra bed and leeds to the roofterrace, overlooking Amsterdam.
The neighbourhood, the "Jordaan" is very popular but also very safe, quiet and green, surrounded by history and canals. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops. The famous Anne Frank House is only three minutes walk away. The "Rijksmuseum" and the "Van Gogh"-museum are a bike-ride of ten minutes away. Two bikes are availble during your stay!
