We have 2 flat screen tvs, xbox, wireless internet access, dishwasher etc. Shingle beach in Brighton & Hove is a few minutes by car, nearest sandy beach is at South Lancing 15 minutes drive. London 1 hour 15 mins by train. Lots to do in Brighton & Hove: good restaurants, theatres, nightclubs, cinemas, Brighton pier, Sealife Centre, Brighton Pavillion, museums, art galleries, great shops in historic Laines or Churchill Square, the Marina, windsurfing, dinghy sailing at Hove Lagoon, bowling, swimming pools, golf, boat trips, big children's indoor soft play areas. Arts festival every May, carnivals & fireworks in the summer, free childrens entertainment in some parks in August.

10 minute drive to beautiful Sussex Downs walks. 1/2 hr drive to excellent Drusilla's zoo.
