Our house is a lovely, large 5/6 bedroom semi. Location is superb - 5 minutes walk to Wandsworth Common - great restaurants, public transport connections etc. Within 30 minutes you can be in central London.

Ground floor comprises of open plan living/conservatory (currently used as a playroom), open plan kitchen/ eating, study, separate adults living room, laundry and guest loo. Kitchen/eating and conservatory open onto lovely sunny garden with a children's playhouse and slide and summerhouse. First floor has four bedrooms (one with an ensuite shower), a family bathroom and separate WC, second floor two further bedrooms one which has an ensuite.

This is a great family house - we have 3 small children so it is very well equipped for a family - and a reasonably baby proof house! However, the house is also perfectly suitable for a couple or couples without kids - as we keep the kids stuff in one playroom and have a sitting room as a more formal parents retreat!

Great connections to A3, M25, A4. South and South West of UK easily accessible from here as you don't need to slog through central London traffic.
