House a 3 floor colonial, built 1924, with office, dining room, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, 1 full bath, 1 lavatory. Parks, free public tennis nearby. Access to both city and rural areas of NY/NJ hinterland. 15 minutes from Newark airport. Furnishings simple and comfortable but well kept. Interior pictures available upon request.
