About the location
Our home is located in the Town of Conception Bay South, (population 25000) and on the the main highway leading into St. John's, the Capital of Newfoundland and the oldest city in North America. We are only a 15 minute drive to the city of St. John's and only minutes drive to the ocean. We have an ocean view from our sun-deck. Major food markets nearby. We live in a very quiet area of the town.
