Small modern comfortable house with 1 decent size bedroom with small wet room upstairs; also has double doors (with Juliet gate for safety) opening onto small unofficial roof terrace.

Downstairs is open plan Kitchen with dining table and also a small utility room with toilet. Additionally, there is a lounge area with sofa bed which can be separated off with a sliding door and made private as another bedroom, this also has its own own wet room. Despite being in a busy, central area, the house is actually very quiet indeed indoors. There are also small front and back gardens with raised beds.

About the location

House itself is at the end of a small little driveway off from a slightly busier road (mainly cycles), hence it is quiet and peaceful mainly.

However, very nearby is the bustling, noisy Old Kent rd and very slightly further (still walking distance) are Bermondsey street, Elephant & Castle, The South Bank, Tower Bridge, London Bridge and other central areas.

Transport is excellent here, with buses, tubes and trains all within walking distance. I also have an off road dedicated parking space.
