Comfortable older home in serene neighborhood of Vancouver, close to all attractions, a stone's throw from a park. Our house has 4 bedrooms upstairs, an open plan main floor with living room, piano in the foyer, cozy kitchen and dining room. We also have a basement with an extra bed, TV and sewing area. Back deck and garden with a swing and little pond, as well as a shady front porch. We offer 2 cars in the exchange - both older but reliable models, a Volvo and a Toyota. There are 5 bicycles too.
