There are 2 fireplaces, 3 decks with some water views. Great weather year round except in June july when it may be a bit foggy in the mornings. Wonderful wide uncrowded beach steps away. 5-15 min. drive to all kinds of shopping other beaches and restaurants. 40-60 minutes from Santa Barabra, Malibu, Venice Beach and Santa Monica. 2 hrs from Disney Land. Relaxed, beachy village atmosphere. A car can be available as well. No pets and Non smoking please.

Very relaxed beachy community. Open and rural. Shopping within walking or 1-5 miles driving. Farmers market by the beach every Sun. Walking path around the harbor.
