Our house is built against the mountains and has beautiful views over the valley, the white village and mountains behind. The house has a large open plan area for dining, sitting and cooking, with fireplace, colour satellite TV (English/Spanish channels, video/dvd player. The large terrace has glass curtains which are opened in summer. Here is a square dining table with 8 leather chairs and 2 sofas (one is a sofabed) and a large bar. There are 2 double bedrooms , one bathroom, a computer with email, printer, scanner and a piano.
At the back is rockery garden with good sized swimming pool.
NON-SIMULTANEOUS EXCHANGE There is a granny annexe sleeping 4 (2 bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and one with 2 single beds), There is Satelite TV with British channels and a video recorder. The living/dining area combines with the kitchen in which there is a microwave, fridge/freezer, hob, oven. A washing machine is in the bathroom (shower and bath)
