We live in a Victorian semi-detached house in Finchley, North London, approx 15k from central London. We are opposite a park and 10 mins walk from West Finchley or Finchley Central tube stations, both 30 mins from Central London. Local shops and a new arts centre are nearby and buses run frequently to Finchley Central and North Finchley, with many bars and restaurants.

The house is very comfortable and is at the end of quiet cul-de-sac. Our downstairs kitchen diner has microwave, dishwasher and 35'' south facing garden (with BBQ and play equipment). We have a utility room with washer/diner and play room (with sofa bed) filled with toys, books etc. One bedroom has been converted into an office.
