Four bedroom modern house in a peaceful, green suburb of Christchurch very close to the beautiful Port Hills. Spacious lounge and lots of doors opening onto a small easy-care garden (with a sandpit and trampoline). Sited in a quiet private lane. 15 minutes to town by bike, regular buses close by.

Christchurch offers beaches, parks, an ever growing number of cafes and shops, an abundance of climbing and mountain biking, lots of golf courses plus a handful of ski fields within 90 minutes drive. The international airport is 20 minutes from our house. The weather in Canterbury in July/Aug is generally clear, dry and crisp.
