Lovely 3 Bed home in ARBROATH, SCOTLAND

Our home is in Arbroath, Angus, in Scotland. It is a 3 bedroom,(2 double bedrooms + music room with bed settee,) Victorian property. The property also contains a lounge with ornate ceiling and fireplace, a 28ft.long kitchen/dining/sitting room, a bathroom with shower, an en-suite room, and a tiny study/computer room. It lies within a walled garden in a very quiet street in this pleasant seaside resort.

Arbroath is famous as the Abbey town where the Scottish Declaration of Independence was signed in 1320. Part of the Abbey still stands with a museum. A modern statue of Robert the Bruce and the Abbott of Aberbrothock welcomes visitors to the town.

The town also has 2 theatres, swimming pool, variety of sporting activities and a golf course. Arbroath Smokies are the town's famous delicacies which are exported all over the world. We are situated very near to the beach, harbour and lovely cliff walks and 100yds from a small loch called Keptie pond.

Arbroath is also within 10min drive of Carnoustie with it's famous links golf course, and ½ to 1hr drive to St Andrews, (the home of golf) /Gleneagles golf course & 5 star hotel,/
Glamis Castle,(birthplace of the Queen mother,)/ Royal Deeside(with it's beautiful castles & Balmoral),/ Scone Palace(former seat of the Scottish throne) and MANY majestic bens, lochs and glens. Edinburgh is also easily accessible by road or rail. (We are only ½ mile from Arbroath station which gives access to all parts of Britain.
