Lovely 2 Bed home in ASHLAND, USA

Ashland Oregon is a town or 20,000 that is on Interstate 5, 10 miles north of the California,Oregon line. 300 miles North of SanFrancisco and 300 south of Portland,OR. My town has a world famous regional theater- the Oregon Shakespeare Festival - see at -- http://osfashland.org/home.asp-- My home is 10 years old and about a mile from the center of town. It has a sweeping view of a valley. The valley climate is quite temperate. It can be dry and hot in the summer- but humidity is low - but winters are relatively mild, Mountains and rivers are all around for hiking, rafting, camping, etc.- even skiing of a sort. Crater Lake, the Redwoods and the Pacific Ocean are within 100 miles.
