Lovely 3 Bed home in PARIS, FRANCE

Our apartment is a 3 bedroom duplex (95 m2) with a terrace at the top of a seven floor building. It is simply furnished but with everything you need. We are situated in the 13th district of Paris just facing the François Mitterrand Library. The appartment is 5 minutes walk from 2 subway stations (Bibliotheque or Chevaleret) and also to a walking distance from the Seine river. There are many shops, restaurants nearby. We have an old 2CV which can be part of the exchange but a car is not really necessary here.
We also have a rabbit that would like to be fed and plants which need some water.
