My house is a comfortable family home with a lovely peaceful sunroom and private and `user-friendly` garden There is an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom/WC.
The Sussex Downs and South coast are within 30 miles, easily reached by car/bus. Station, park, town center within walking distance. Gatwick airport 20 minutes by train/car. London (Victoria/London Bridge) one hour by train. Horsham has an excellent swimming pool,gym,lively Arts Centre and library; all within walking distance. There are good restaurants and pubs and many individual shops.
I have one very nervous cat which would need to be fed and loved.
I would use the third small bedroom for storage, so there would, in fact be only two double bedrooms available.
