We live in a shoreline community, on 3+ acres, in a 2-story, antiques-filled Colonial home built in the 1750's. Amenities include a fully modernized kitchen, security system, two-car detached garage, in-ground swimming pool, 4-season sun room, patio with grill, cable TVs, DVD, stereo & high-speed internet, five fireplaces, & flower gardens. Our car would be available for the exchange.

A vineyard and a premium-outlets shopping center are within a mile, and the Long Island Sound beach is a five-minute drive. Yale University's cultural attractions, two casinos, and Mystic Seaport/Aquarium are all easy drives; we are midway between Boston and New York City.
