We have an 80ft garden with BBQ, heater and outside furniture. There is a utility room and cloakroom. We have all the mod cons including satelite TV and DVD.
We are a non smoking household and have no pets. House is in immaculate decorative order and as we have a 1 year old ourselves we are set up for small children!
The car swap can be for either a VW Golf or a Lexus IS200, both are automatic.
