Sunny Apartment 170 m2 in Madrid in a green residential area, 10 minutes from city center by car, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2 salons, big kitchen, we have a swimming pool very convenient in the hot summer in Madrid. Well connected by urban bus. Shopping areas 5 and 10 minutes walking distance. Swiming pool, basketball and paddle court.
At home we have a computer with ADSL connection to internet, play station 2 for the kids, satellite tv .
It is one hour from the most touristic cities like Toledo, Avila, Segovia.
In this moment I would like arrange exchange for two weeks in July (or August) any other offer is welcome.
