Our 52 square meters appartment is located in Paris 15th arrondissement, 50m from a small park 300m from a stadium, in a residential area. The building dates from 1933, it was renewed in 2002 and presents a brick frontage and wood parcket. The appartment is located on 6th floor, and diplays one bedroom, one living room, a small kitchen, one bathrom, one independant restroom plus the corridor. It is very luminous and calm with its double glazing windows and pleasant vicinity. TV, DVD,VCR, Sony PS and HiFi stereo stay on place. On the small but flowered balcony, located south toward the interior garden, a small table and 2 deck chairs can be displayed for lunch or sun enjoyment. We're open to discuss an exchange of our Mercedes A170 too, car parking can be free and is safe in the area. Two bikes will be available for you.
