Lovely 3 Bed home in ST JEAN DE FOS, France

St Jean de Fos is a small (1100 h.) medieval village located just above the beautiful gorge of the river Herault within the rich wine district of Languedoc Roussillon. There are many walks nearby and a sandy river beach 500 m. from the house where canoes/kayaks can be rented in the summer, with a beautiful swimming spot. The exchange house (a second house we have next to our principal home, no need for simultaneous exchange) is within the center of the old circular part of the village, charming narrow streets, a quiet life. The house has two floors, but the exchange only includes the first floor apartment. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a large well equipped kitchen, a smallish living room and one bathroom (detailed floor map on our site).
