Built in the 1860's it is close to shopping, restaurants, theatre's, cinema's, museum's(Boston Fine Arts, Isabella Stuart Gardiner), many universities such as Harvard, M.I.T., Boston University, the subway, the Boston Symphony, Opera and Ballet. Back Bay train station, with frequent trains to New York City and Washington is a short walk away. Accomodation comprises a lounge, dining room, kitchen, study, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms(1 bedroom is the family TV room with a pull out double sofa bed). A deck and a one car parking space is located at the back of the house.
