Winchester is the ancient capital of England situated about 30 mins from the
middle of the South coast of England (close to Southampton). There is a lot of
history in and around this area. Beautiful rolling farmland countryside all
around. Close to the Solent (a sailing mecca). We currently have a small (21')
sailing boat (Corribee) which could be put back in the water if you were a keen
sailor (although I may be selling this soon, so call quick if this interests you!).

Easy access to London.

Car: A seven-seater, older Mercedes estate - great for travelling around in.
Could explore setting up the insurance to allow car exchange.
