Lovely 4 Bed home in Wilmington, USA

Jimmy (53), Phyllis (59), and our sons Seth (36)and Ben (17) enjoy our
2-story home, circa '05, (gas stove, central AC, wood floors, TV, DVD,
stereo, Internet, etc.,) in a small coastal city nestled between the Cape
Fear River and the ocean, 10 min from the beach, & a short bike ride to
the river & downtown. Many golf courses are in the area (over 100 in our adjoining county!). 1 BR has queen
bed, 1 has a twin, one has two twins, and our new downstairs room has a pullout sleeper sofa, which sleeps 2. Please pick vegetables and
flowers from our gardens, in season! Other amenities: bikes, surfboards, beach stuff, outdoor shower with H&C water. Photos available by e-mail (sorry, we haven't figured out to upload them yet..
Woodworking shop available for use. We also have an oceanfront condominium which sleeps 6 which you exchange for, if you would like, which has an indoor heated pool and hot tub, and which looks out on the Atlantic Ocean (about 300 feet away). We also have a larger oceanfront condominium which sleeps 9, but which is occupied until May 2007. That condominium also has an indoor heated pool (and an outdoor pool as well), hot tub, fitness room, etc. However, we could offer it later as a nonsimultaneous exchange.
