Our home is a duplex with garden, residential swimming pool (only in summer) and parking. The house is 90m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with simple double bed and 1, bright living room with TV and VCR, and a well equipped kitchen with usual domestic appliances, to so single minutes of the Alcudia beach. In the zone there are theatre, discoteques, restaurants, archeaological ruins, etc. To the transport it has bus or taxi, is possible to exchange the car. It is not necessary to make the exchange simultaneously.
