Lovely 4 Bed home in LIPOSTHEY (Landes), FRANCE

Our family home is in the Landes, south-west of France 30 min. east from seaside (nearest resorts Biscarrosse and Mimizan)and 45 min. south from Bordeaux. (speedway 2 min. away). It is a 19th century stone-made house on a large land, surrounded by pine forests. We have 2 goats, few chickens, 1 kitty and an experimented exchanger dog :-). There are two bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, living room, office, kitchen. Equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, no TV and it's heated by a huge "Landaise" fireplace and two wood stoves (oak provided).
Activities : regional natural park, horse riding, walking, cycling (many cycle ways), beach, surf casting fishing, surfing and typical restaurants. Car necessary (car exchange possible)
