Victorian house in pretty West Sussex village, 10 miles from Brighton on the South Coast and 45 miles from London (1 hour by train). The historic village has restaurants, shops, pubs and a bank and is located at the foot of the South Downs (designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty).
Our home has a living room with an open fire, dining room, large kitchen, conservatory, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden with a patio area and bbq. The house is fully equipped with washing machine/drier, dishwasher, microwave, television with VCR, DVD and satellite. There is a computer with internet access. The neighbours are friendly and you might want to take our place in the Sunday pub quiz team!
