Lovely home on Pender Island, between Vancouver & Victoria, easily reached by frequent car ferries. The house has Southern exposure and water views and a large deck. The house is 5 min. walk to the marina and our 17 boat for fishing or exploring the local waters.
The island has a 9 hole golf course, medical clinic and shopping centre. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV and internet access.
We also have a lovely small 3 bedroom house on a quiet residential street in Oak Bay, a delightful suburb of Victoria. It is two blocks from the bus route and close to downtown, parks and water.
We are able to offer exchanges in one or the other and do not require a simultaneous exchange.
