centrally located and very sunny, one block from Alamo Square park.
The neighborhood is eclectic and mixed socio-economically, very close
to downtown, the opera, and the civic center. The flat is approximately
2500 square feet, (this strikes most people as enormous) on the second
floor of a two-unit building. It has a large living room with fireplace, 3-4
bedrooms, a brand new kitchen and sunroom, and small deck. Laundry
facilities are in the flat, there is parking for one car in the garage.
