Our 84 qm flat is situated in one of the nicest streets of Berlin just 200m from the Kurfürstendamm. Buses, S-Bahn-Station and Subway are in 5 min walking distance, interesting shopping and restaurants area. The flat is in the 7th floor with an overview over the roofs of Berlin and a sunny terrace, where you can take a sunbath from 12.00 until sunset. There is a big living room with a second floor for working and sleeping. Also a childrens room where 2-3 children can sleep. Dishwasher, washing-machine, DSL, Fax, Internet.
