The famous town of Seaside is five minutes walk and the city of Destin, with five plus championship golf courses within thirty minutes drive.The house is on a corner lot set among native magnolia trees. There is a king size master bedroom with en-suite bath/shower,etc. The downstairs sun-room has a queen size pull-out couch bed and a separate bathroom with shower.
This is our beach home which we have kept for our sole use; therefore the exchanges do not have to be concurrent.
