Lovely 4 Bed home in MOOLOOLABAH, Sunshine Coast, AUSTRALIA

Our 4 bedroom detached house is in a quiet lane in a residential area called Mountain Creek where there is a fantastic school for all ages. We are approximately 5 minutes drive from the beautiful coastal town of Mooloolabah where there are child friendly beaches, restaurants, sea front cafes, boutiques, 5 more minutes on you come to the large town of Maroochydore. We are also 10 minutes away from isolated beaches, all have beautiful sand and crystal clear blue seas. We are 1 hour's drive from Brisbane Airport. We are 15 minutes drive from the world famous Australia Zoo owned by Steve Irwin, 10 minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport (domestic flights only)and 45 minutes drive to the exclusive town of Noosa and we are 1.5 hours drive from all the theme parks on the Gold Coast.

We have 2 well behaved children aged 12 and 14. We are experienced house exchangers especially when we lived in the United Kingdom - we house exchanged many times with Australia and can supply references. The neighbourhood we live in is very friendly with exceptionally helpful neighbours. Plenty of good bush walks are close by and there are 2 small man-made lakes and we often go down to spot stingrays. We have a very friendly fox terrier, if this is a problem we can arrange kennels.

We are looking for 4 weeks in the Bath area. Our house has a lovely pool and garden with plenty of parking. It's shorts and t-shirt even during the winter as the winter temperatures rarely dip below 22 degrees during the day.
