We live in a 70-year old two-story stone and wood house with large yard, fruit trees, VCR-DVD, computer, cable TV. One block from Boulder Creek with trout fishing and kayak course, dozens of hiking and biking trails. Altitude of 1700 meters and we are one hour away from Indian Peaks Wilderness area and Rocky Mountain National Park. We are ten minutes walk from downtown Pearl Street pedestrian mall with shopping and restaurants and the University of Colorado. Bus service is one block away.
