Lovely 3 Bed home in Berri, Australia

Old swappers, new address. All our previous swaps, have been from Adelaide s.a. We have moved 238 kilometres north of Adelaide to an area known as the Riverland, famous for it's mixed fruit growing & wine.

We live in Berri, one of 4 main towns that make up the Riverland. All are a short distance of one another with a 5th, Walkerie, some 50 kls away. All the towns are modern with all the usual amenities. One special feature of the said towns is they ALL have excellent Golf Courses, so this swap would be ideal for keen golfers. The other attractions include House Boat Hire on the River Murray, among other things. Golf is played here the year round but the main season is our Autumn-Winter, as the Summer can be very hot. In the summer we play twilight golf. Winter is very pleasant especially after 9am.
also tennis and other sports.

Adelaide is 2.5 hours away. Mildura in Vic. is about 1.5 hours.

We live in a comfortable 3 bedroom home with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, close to all town amenities.
