Comfortably furnished, 3 bedrooms 2 living rooms and large kitchen / diner with sofa at the end looking out onto small enclosed garden.
We`ve brought up out family here so it`s not ultra sleek / modern / newly decorated but it`s comfortable and spacious. Houses only onone side of the street so from the front windows you look at trees in the local park... I love watching the squirrels play as I drink my morning coffee in bed!
Note there is parking onstreet but no garage.

About the location

Bristol is a vibrant city of around 750000 people.
Our house is perfectly situated a 5 minute walk from the picturesque dockside where there are pubs and cafes along the way as you walk the half hour onto town.
There`s also a local bus and ferry service to get you into the city and ubers are cheap as its only a few miles
You can also walk from the house along the Riverside underneath Brunels iconic suspension bridge and up into woodland. We think its the perfect city/open space location!
Our local high St s 2minutes walk and has supermarket, veg shop, butchers and numerous cafes and restaurants as well as a theatre (in an old tobacco factory)with constantly changing programme.
From Bristol it`s a quick trainride to Georgian Bath, and the surrounding westcountry countryside and beautiful villages are stunning.
Within 2-3 hours you can access Devon, Cornwall and South Wales stunning coastline.
Within half an hour you can be at Bristol Airport with numerous budget airline flights across Europe so our house could be a great base for some city breaks!
