A charming three bedroom cottage with sea views. This is a lovely barn conversion set on a quiet lane leading to a national trust beach.

Bedroom 1 king size bed with sea views, bedroom 2 double bed with sea views and bedroom 3 two single beds with courtyard views. Upstairs bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs lounge, dining area for 6 and kitchen. Rear garden with sea and countryside views.

The property is fully heated and is lovely and warm in the winter months. There is also high speed Wi-Fi.

Stibb is an area of outstanding beauty. You can easily walk to the beach from the cottage. You also have beautiful coastal walks in both directions. Due to its setting there is an abundance of wildlife. You will be guaranteed to see Hares playing at the bottom of the garden every morning. We have also seen a white owl on a number of occasions, stoats and red kites. This is a second home so the exchange doesn’t need to be simultaneous. Any questions please feel free to ask.

About the location

The cottage is set on a quiet no through country lane. The lane leads down to Sandymouth beach. There are beautiful coastal walks in both directions. Bude is the next town which you can walk via the coastal path or is a 10min drive away. Bude also has two beautiful sandy beaches one having a sea pool. There is an array of shops with many independent artist boutiques. This coast is well known for its surfing and you will find surfing tuition on most of the local beaches. Tamar Lakes is a 10 min drive where you will find bike hire, canoeing and paddle boarding. There are so many lovely places to visit along this stretch of the coast for a short car journey. You have Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Issac (where Doc Martin was filmed), Padstow and Newquay. In the other direction you have Clovelly and Westward Ho!
