Quirky garden flat with log burner in 19th century building, five minutes from seafront
Our home is described as a basement flat but once inside it is warm and comfortable. It was built in 1848 and retains some period features. There is a private entrance from the street, six steps down to the front door. We have a private enclosed garden. In the morning you can enjoy coffee in the conservatory and watch the sunrise. The well-equipped kitchen has the usual appliances including dishwasher and microwave. The large sitting room has a wood burning stove which warms up the whole flat. There is a bathroom with over-bath shower and a separate loo. The main bedroom faces the front of the property and there is a second bedroom is used as an art studio/craft room but there is room for a single bed.
