The Garden is accessed from the Bedrooms French doors which leads out onto a private decking area and your very own private Cedar Sauna & Outside cold shower, overlooking The River Bure.

The River Bure itself is just 1 of 200 Chalk Streams , with its own unique habitat providing a haven for native wildlife. Sit on the private deck or lay in bed with the French doors ajar drinking in a symphony of birdsong alongside the gentle murmur of running water.
Witness many native species inc Heron, Wild Otter, Egret, Teal, Mallard, Swans and if your very lucky you may just spot a flash of shimmering blue as the Kingfisher darts it’s way up and down the river.

The Sauna is available for you to use throughout your stay at no extra cost .

Blickling and Mannington Hall are just a stones throw away ( 1 mile ) Conveniently located at the end of our long private driveway sits The Walpole Arms, dating back to 18th Century, serving Authentic Spanish Tapas in a quintessential Pub atmosphere with exposed beams and cosy wood burner . The traditional bar offers fine wines and real ale’s inc Woodfords Wherry and Adnams Southwold . Perfect for intimate nights by the fire or dining alfresco under the vine covered terrace.

The Market town of Aylsham is a mere 5 miles away with a Tesco’s and great local farmers market every first Saturday of the month .
The Historic Market town of Holt is approximately 20 mins away by car and boasts a great selection of boutique shops and restaurants.

For coastal exploration in just under 30 mins you can reach the seaside villages of Cley~Blakeney~Stifkey~Sheringham and many more nestled all along the coastal road. Simply brimming with things to do and places to just~ be.
