NOW LOOKING FOR HOME SWAP IN FEBRUARY HALF TERM FEB 13TH - FEB 20TH 2016 A comfortable family home on a quiet street in central Brighton, just 5 minutes walk to the centre of town or to the train station and 10 minutes walk to Brighton beach. There is a private patio area off the spacious open plan dining area / kitchen and a small balcony with fantastic views across Brighton rooftops to the racecourse and the sea. The 3 bedrooms are doubles but one is set up as a child's single. The master bedroom has an en-suite wet room and leads out onto the balcony. We also have a separate lounge, a study, a Watt Bike, a family bathroom and an additional WC. An extra camp bed could be set up in the study if required. We have 2 very friendly cats. We are looking for a house swap in the middle of August for 2 weeks or less.

About the location

Our home is in the West Hill conservation area in the centre of Brighton. It's in a residential area on a very quiet one way street. The oldest church in Brighton is at the end of our road along with a children's play park. We have lived here for nearly 10 years and love Brighton. The pebble beach is 10 minutes walk and the South Downs National Park is within easy reach with great country walks and cycling. London is just an hour away by train.
