A house on a small estate 10 min. walk from village. Main part of house has 1 bedroom with double bed & 1 twin-bedded room, living-room with small balcony looking out to mountains & valley of orange & almond trees There is amodern kitchen, leading onto a terrace & garden.Beneath the house is an apartment where washing machine is located & another bathroom (but no sleeping accommodation)
There is air-con hot & cold, C.H.& a log burner for winter use.

About the location

Orba village is situated at the head of a small valley surrounded by mountains. There are plenty of restaurants, 2 bakeries.butcher, bars, chemist & other small shops A new supermarket is 5 mins. walk away.
Good (blue star) beaches at 30 mins. drive. All the villages around, including Orba, have swimming pools.
The area is ideal for walking with signed paths, & cycling--off road again with marked trails, & on road----professional teams train here in winter.
